Cauliflower Fritters

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying


  1. In a large bowl, mix together grated cauliflower, beaten egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add enough oil to shallow fry the fritters.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into small fritters, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
